In 2010 the quantity of the Russians who have declared incomes for the sum of more billion of roubles, has made 414 persons that at once on 241 persons it is less, than two years ago. Such statistics is resulted in number from March, 18th by the newspaper "Kommersant", referring to the official data of Federal tax service.
On March, 16th the assistant to head ФНС Svetlana Andrjushchenko informed that declarations have been submitted to service from 385 billionaires. With what so essential difference in figures is connected, in the publication of "Businessman" isn't specified.
Anyhow, but the quantity of billionaires decreases two years on end. Following the results of 2008 in Russia there were 655 rouble billionaires, and following the results of 2009 - only 493.
In ФНС connect reduction of number of billionaires not that rich Russians become poorer, and that in Russia necessity of the declaration of incomes of sale of the property which was in the property more of three years has been cancelled.
In Russia individual businessmen, private notaries and lawyers, the heads of farms working under the patent foreigners and those Russians who receive the basic income not on the work are obliged to hand over declarations on the incomes.
Thus, in a reality in Russia can be much more billionaires, simply not all of them should declare the incomes. According to magazine Forbes, in Russia lives 101 persons which condition exceeds billion dollars.
