Because of tax privileges the Russian budget wasn't counted hundreds billions roubles

In 2010 the Russian budget because of tax privileges wasn't counted about trillion roubles, writes "Lenta.ru" referring to "Interfax" data. It was declared by a deputy head of Federal tax service (ФНС) Cyril Jankov.

As he said, last year under the tax to mining operations (НДПИ) in the budget hasn't arrived 100 billion roubles, under the profit tax – 250 billion roubles, under the VAT – 270 billion roubles. Thus Cyril Jankov has noticed that the system of tax privileges existing in the country is necessary for improving, «that these privileges resulted in for the sake of what they have been established».

Taking into account the oil and gas taxation, tax loading in 2010 has made 32,4 percent, without taking into account – 25,1 percent. In extracting sector of economy loading has reached 50 percent, without НДПИ – 14 percent, deputy head ФНС hasn'ted.

As earlier informed Equipnet.ru, the tax privileges given within five years have deprived the budget more than 10 trillion roubles. In this connection the Ministry of Finance considers possibility of cancellation of some tax privileges. The head of department Alexey Kudrin considers that reduction of tax preferences will allow to cover budgetary deficiency for 4,6 percent of gross national product.
