Corruption in Russia – United Russia "merit"

Moscow, the Big finance. For last 2 years, at overwhelming majority of presence of "United Russia" in the State Duma, and also in the higher state structures of the power of subjects of the Russian Federation the situation with corruption only has worsened. Whether carrying out of the given parallels is proved, – you ask? Yes it is proved!

Any social institute which gets access to the power aspires to remain on top as it is possible longer. "United Russia" fairly was late in the power and does everything to remain there for ever. If it is primary, its policy has really been directed on creation of the liberal and socially-focused state last two years it has considerably changed, having given way to conservatoire moods. But this only external display, and what actually?

And actually, instead of and further to spend economic transformations, being in power "United Russia" began to advance the people in all public authorities are, of course, it is not advertized, but it so – to 70 % of heads of all public authorities of various levels is occupied with members of "United Russia". In it also it is necessary to understand, so-called, "conservatism" from "United Russia".

Not absolutely fairly, but it is quite logical and clear – the power is fixed on places with use of imperious powers. Yes to us, ordinary citizens, by and large and all the same – the main thing that our rights observed and there would be any stability. But it hasn't occurred …

Increasing the presence at public authorities "United Russia" hasn't taken care of cleanliness of shots – structures much, people too it is necessary much and where them to take?! Yes somewhere, only was a member of "United Russia" and approached on qualification a little. And in such потоковом political "manufacture" can't do without marriage, moreover and in such deadlines.
Yes, the problem a minimum has been executed – now what not the official, the United Russia party member. But quality of these United Russia party members leaves much to be desired – every second коррупционер. Worst of all that image of these officials and bureaucrats was transferred also to "United Russia", and instead of once party-savior of Russia, before us oligarchical federal the structure (octopus) with the branched out officialdom which activity is directed only on preservation of the power at any cost – by the rights and freedom of citizens, democratic ideals, liberalism, a legal society now was. Many facts testify to it – the facts of acceptance of laws which limit in the rights of ordinary citizens and strengthen state structures, the official counteraction of opposition at all regional levels, the antisocial laws, existing practice of "confidential" voting in the State Duma – one for everything, and also corruption growth, a latching of small-scale business and lobbying large.

So why "United Russia" is guilty in corruption growth – the basic thesis of given article? Because its people also are present practically on all supervising posts where this corruption and prospers! And as it is known – fish decays from a head …
