The official rate of dollar established by the Central Bank of the Russian Federation since November, 20th, has decreased for 25,09 copecks and has made 30,9490 roubles, the euro official rate has decreased for 5,01 copecks - to 42,3568 roubles, news RIA reports referring to the Central Bank data.

«The country budget for 2011 is made in a context of attempts to reach destructions of structural obstacles for growth that includes creation of workplaces, re-structuring of the state enterprises, struggle against evasion from payment of taxes, transformation of pension system, labor market reforming, opening of the commodity markets», the Minister of Finance of Greece has specified in the statement.

The budget for 2011 also includes the measures directed on sharp start of economic activity, including reduction of tax loading on indivisible profits of corporations from 24 % to 20 %, and also decrease in the VAT for firms of tourist sector to 6,5 % from 11 %.

The government predicts that the economy of the Greek Republic will be reduced to 3 % next year, that is more than 2,6 %-s' reduction about which it was told earlier. This year, predictably, gross national product of Greece will be reduced to 4,2 %.
