To the beginning of June the Russian inflation has reached 4,8 percent



To the beginning of June inflation in Russia has reached 4,8 percent, is informed in the official press release of Rosstata. For a week from May, 24 till May, 30th the consumer price index has grown for 0,1 percent, from the beginning of month – for 0,5 percent. Last year the similar indicator of inflation from the beginning of year has made 4,0 percent, from the beginning of May – 0,5 percent.

For a week have risen in price millet - on 0,5 percent and fish - for 0,3 percent. The prices have decreased on eggs (4,3 percent), sugar (1,0 percent), a flour, rice and cheeses (0,2-0,3 percent). Vegetables have on the average fallen in price for 0,5 percent. Including the prices for cabbage have gone down for 4,1 percent, onions - for 1,1 percent. The potato has fallen in price for 0,9 percent. Apples have risen in price for 0,4 percent. The prices for automobile gasoline have grown from May, 24 till May, 30th for 0,6 percent, on diesel fuel – for 0,4 percent.

By data Equipnet.ru, the head of the Central Bank Sergey Ignatyev has declared that, the next 4-6 years Russia leaves on a rate of inflation in 3-5 percent. Under forecasts of Bank of Russia inflation in 2011 will make 6-7 percent, in 2012 this indicator will reach a point of 5-6 percent. Further the rise in prices in Russia will be slowed down, the head of the Central Bank considers.
