Russia will disagree on audit by Eurocommission of arrangements with Ukraine in gas sphere. The sootvestvujushchee offer the Minister for Foreign Affairs of Republic Poland R.Sikorsky has made Russia. He has declared that the Eurocommission could carry out a certain audit of the Russian-Ukrainian arrangements in gas sphere.
"Thereupon would like to remind that relations between Open Society" Gazprom "and НАК"Naftogaz"of Ukraine in questions of deliveries of the Russian natural gas to the Ukrainian consumers are regulated by operating contract of purchase and sale of natural gas in 2009-2019, the prisoner on January, 19th, 2009. Compulsion of this contract for Kiev is confirmed, in particular, by ratification of the Agreement by the Supreme Rada of Ukraine between the Russian Federation and Ukraine from April, 21st, 2010 according to which the discount at the rate to 100 US dollars from the price established by operating contract between Open Society" Gazprom "and НАК"Naftogaz"of Ukraine is given the Ukrainian party. Under the Agreement from April, 21st, 2010 there is a signature of the working president of Ukraine. Any attempts to call in question the mentioned Russian-Ukrainian arrangements are legally wrongful. Extremely clear legal frameworks of this point in question don't demand any «external audit» and should be acquired all who is interested in maintenance of power safety of Europe ", the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is told in the statement Russian.
