The USA will defrost one and a half billion dollars from actives of Muammara Kaddafi and its environment for the emergency help of Libya. On it informs on August, 26th Agence France Presse.
It is supposed that 500 million dollars will be transferred the international humanitarian organizations. 500 million dollars more will receive the National transitive council generated by opponents of Kaddafi. This part of money will go for salaries the state employee and for some other needs. At last, third of sum will be transferred the international fund which will be engaged in payment of deliveries to Libya of fuel and humanitarian cargoes.
Earlier against defrosting of the Libyan actives has acted as the republic of South Africa which possesses the status of the non-permanent member of Security council of the United Nations. The South African diplomats who don't recognize National transitive council as legitimate authority of Libya, insisted that transfer of assets should be spent only from the sanction of the African union. Soon the prime minister of Italy Silvio Berlusconi has promised to defrost accounts of Kaddafi and its environments which are in banks of the country.
