The USA don't wish to cooperate with Russia on in ABM sphere

Washington doesn't meet half-way Moscow in cooperation on antimissile defense, head has declared to journalists on Saturday the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Sergey Lavrov. Answering a question as the stop of negotiating process on the ABM will be reflected in execution of the Contract about СНВ, the minister has reminded that" the Contract about СНВ assumes that any succession of events which will create threat for safety of one of the parties, grants to other party the right to leave the Contract "." So that we will look, how much and when such real threat will arise ",- The head of the Russian diplomacy has warned. At the same time, he has especially noticed that Moscow "yet doesn't stop efforts". "We persistently spends contacts to Americans in frameworks Council Russia-NATO, explaining our approaches. All of them perfectly understand, therefore won't tell any more as it has been made during numerous rounds, consultations between Moscow and Washington and with the NATO countries easier.
